The laundry room has built in worktops with space for a number of appliances and conceals the central heating boiler with an external door leading out to the side.
On the first floor the is a large galleried landing with a staircase ascending to the second floor and access leading off to four bedrooms. All four bedrooms are doubles, served by a guest bathroom whilst the principle bedroom has the benefit of en suite facilities.
